Ahh yes, the human experience, or is it an experiment? lol yeah, it’s equal parts that..and that too. and then several other wonderful things divisible and then multiplied by all the other polarizing tragedies each of us swim through. hmm. I failed math, ps. Although! I’m great as frick at knowing the percentage of a number in a shopping sale situation. “What’s 30% off $279?” Hang tight sis, one sec okay. *opens calculator app*

Just meandering around with minimal idea as to what we’re doing and why; pretendinggg. Yes! And doing so good at pretending, yes we are! 😂 a childlike trait turn negative coping mechanism. Hell ya! Giddy up!

Anyway, as noted in stories today, my life has been on literal fire for the last couple years, but these past 12 months really took the cake! I wish I was being dramatic because I can be, but I’m gonna go ahead and validate myself here. Yikes! Ouch! Woah! Frick!

BUT AND! I’ve had a lot of unreal opportunities, FUN and wins too so that’s where it gets confusing. Yay! Omg! Ok, f**k ya!

Every single person that got vulnerable and opened up about their joys and sorrows, and I said girl I get it.. believe me, I f**king got it 😂 loud and clear, a lot of us have been swimming through molasses. And thank you for sharing, please always feel safe opening up and sharing your darkness with me, because we need that, I can handle it, and getting it out there before we start a treatment really helps coat the soul in the most soothing of rich luxurious balms. I also want to hear about the high times too! Don’t forget those please. Cellies!

I think the reason I was able to show up and continue to show up during a wild season was because I know that anything I experience(d), you did/do too. You’ve told me! And I listened and remembered. We’re same.

So thank you, this work gives back to me in ways I don’t yet fully understand. When you feel confused and drunk after the facial, I actually do too. We set sail somewhere together and it’s a nice place to be. Don’t be surprised if you pay cash and don’t get the correct change back. Oopsy my bad! Tee hee.

SUMMER FLOW 𖤓

A morning class just as chill as me sauntering around with my hands in my pockets.

The slow, rhythmic flow of a Space facial ୭

All treatments served up are rooted in lymphatic massage. Working with the meridian lines, tracing the spaces between the muscles and bones, encouraging a more efficient flow of fluids and helping along the drainage process. These systems happen naturally, but can become sluggish and stagnant.

Just a few little snippets from the intra-oral portion of The Framework! Framework is the newest 90-minute experience to hit the menu over here at Space headquarters. For you curious folk, this is what Buccal massage looks like. We’re releasing deep physical and emotional tension in all areas of the face, with a heavy focus on the muscles and tissues of the jaw. It’s special! and certainly one to be experienced.
