So how do we continue to contribute together as a team?
Owner - administration -employee - to work more efficiently together with 32 to 40 hours a week shift to accomplish and continue to have a healthy environment for not just the employee, but for the whole team as well.
PSW/HCA work in this field out on the road representing a company because they care and because they thoroughly enjoy what they’re doing and they like working out in the community. What are the answers for us all?

So what does happen to someone like me??
Who cares for a client 100% but then all of a sudden I get sick because the client might be sick. The client may have a cold or I may have picked up the flu from somewhere else as simple as getting groceries..
It’s a hard journey of emotions, administration needs to find a replacement and the employee needs to recover and while the employee recovers, they don’t get paid.

As hard as I work and care for my clients, it’s nice to hear the compliments come back.

I was given a very nice compliment today .
My clients Occupational Therapist told me my job is one of the most important jobs out in the field.
