My mentor gave me this word recently. EMBODY. I love everything it entails for me. The spiritual definition states: “To embody means to live out your spiritual beliefs, values, or higher consciousness through your physical body, daily actions, and lived human experience rather than just keeping them as abstract ideas.” (Google) These are my intentions. I want to take my thoughts, feelings and beliefs and embody what I know. At a point where my heart is feeling very low, I’ll use what I know to transmute the heaviness into light ✨

You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin 🤍
I’m currently walking through a new chapter of becoming a Women’s Wellness Coach… and the truth is, I’m still learning too.
In my sessions, I tell my client:
“We’re learning together.”
Because healing isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about showing up, being real, and creating space for growth—exactly as you are.
Some days are smooth…
Other days include tech hiccups, figuring things out as we go, and lots of laughter.
And honestly?
Those are the moments that matter most.
I’m not here to be on a pedestal.
I’m here to walk beside you 🤍
To hold space, to grow, and to support you as you reconnect with yourself.
If you’ve ever felt like you need to be “ready” before starting your healing journey…
This is your reminder—you don’t have to have it all together all at once.
You can begin right where you are 🌿

This is a latte I got Gino’s Coffee House in Osoyoos last year. Gino’s is our favourite place for a quick breakfast sandwich or to meet up with friends. I was going through my camera roll looking for something that gives me joy. This! A great strong latte with whimsical artistry on it brings me joy. 🤩 I wish everyone a fantastic September!! ♥️

Today is a low day. I’m not feeling great physically and emotionally. I thought if I create something, I’ll get through it. So I was in the kitchen doing some baking. It took longer than I thought so I went to elevate my feet when I was done. Then came the tears. 😭 The apartment is quiet with the sense of loss. My poor little Molly girl. My heart is warmed knowing that her Spirit is still here, she’s in a better place and she is no longer in pain. Still…the ache in our hearts linger. Remy misses you too. He looks for you and seems lost without his big sister. 💔

Today one of the children at work picked this tiny dandelion seed stem. It inspired me to turn it into something inspirational. I hope you find beauty in this as well. 🌼.

I’m so excited to be going to this event tomorrow evening! Many years ago I had three different people tell me that I have past lives in Lumeria. I’m looking forward to what I can learn! 💖
