An Update ❤️

Unfortunately, I took a fall and broke my hand, and I have now had surgery to repair it. Because of this, I’ll be taking some time away from massage therapy to allow my hand to properly heal. I’m expecting approximately 3–4 weeks of recovery before reassessing when I can safely return to work.

This means I’ll unfortunately need to cancel/reschedule upcoming appointments for the time being. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience, especially to those who have appointments booked, and I appreciate your patience and understanding while I recover.

I’ll keep everyone updated as I know more and will let you know as soon as I have a clearer idea of when I can safely return to doing what I love. ❤️

Important Notice for Clients!

Today I experienced what appears to have been a technical issue with my online booking system. A client booked a same-day appointment just a few hours before their scheduled time and received a booking confirmation; however, the appointment did not appear on my end and I did not receive any notification that it had been scheduled.

As a result, I was unfortunately unaware of the appointment and was not present when the client arrived. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.

I am currently investigating the issue to ensure it does not happen again. In the meantime, if you are booking an appointment for the same day, please send me a message through this page or contact me directly at the number 709-668-0875 at least a couple of hours beforehand to confirm that your booking has been received on my end.

I appreciate your patience and understanding while I work to resolve this issue. Thank you for your continued support.

Wow — a year ago today you started this journey with me and what a year it has been!
