Sageful Sutras Yoga I offer a range of different classes to accommodate the ever changing self.

My yoga journey is diverse, as our bodies are always in flux and in staying true to honoring ones' self in both the physical and non physical, I listen for the needs. I provide the following classes:
Yin Yoga
Hatha Yoga
Pre and Post Natal Yoga
Meditations
I also provide 1:1 private classes

Please join us in welcoming Charlotte to MetaFitness!

Charlotte has practiced yoga for many years and loves helping others discover what the practice can offer them. She encourages people to honour their own bodies and use breath, movement, and self-awareness to build strength and flexibility in both body and mind. When she isn’t teaching, Charlotte enjoys creating in other ways too—through cooking, baking, and soap making!

Come meet Charlotte at our FREE Wellness Yoga class on Monday, October 5 at 11:00 am. Contact us to reserve your spot. Regular Monday Wellness Yoga classes begin October 19, with no class on Thanksgiving Monday, October 12.

Charlotte will also teach Chair Yoga at its new time: Wednesdays at 1:00 pm, starting October 7. We’re happy to have Charlotte join our MetaFitness community.
