A little glimpse into what I treated this week at The Healing Cabin! 🍂

From fertility and postpartum support to pain management, radiation therapy support, and recovery after surgery, no two days in my treatment room are ever quite the same!

One of my favourite things about being an acupuncturist is getting to support people through so many different stages of life. Whether you're navigating a health challenge, managing chronic pain, or simply looking for a little extra support, acupuncture may have a place in your care.

And of course, Willow wanted to help share this week's recap! 🐾🤎

✨ Curious if acupuncture could help you? I'd love to chat!

Craniosacral Therapy is officially here 🤍

This gentle, hands-on treatment uses light touch to work with the nervous svstem, fascia, and the subtle rhythms of the body - inviting areas of tension to soften and giving the whole system space to slow down and settle.

It can be especially lovely for those carrying stress and tension, feeling overstimulated or run down, or simply craving a quieter kind of care.

Available for ages 9+, Craniosacral Therapy can be booked as a standalone treatment or added to your acupuncture appointment for a little extra time to settle in and unwind.

I'm so excited to finally bring this into the treatment room ✨️

Fall is officially here 🍂✨

Cooler mornings, golden leaves, warm food, cozy evenings… there’s so much to love about this season.

I love that Chinese medicine encourages us to pay attention to the seasons and adjust along with them.

Eating more warm, cooked foods, getting outside while the weather is beautiful, staying hydrated as the air gets drier, and making the most of those shorter days.
And maybe adding a little fall magic wherever we can.

Enjoy the crisp air, eat something warm, and make a little magic out of the season. 🍂✨

Your nervous system called. It would like you to go outside. 🌿

Mine requested sunshine, fresh air and a paddle board.
Willow’s nervous system has requested that I never do this to her again.

We’re all on different healing journeys. 🤣
