This week? FULL. ❤️
And I am incredibly grateful for every single person who has trusted me with their time and their body this week.

But if you've been thinking:

“I really should book a massage…”
“My shoulders are killing me.”
“I haven't had a moment to myself in forever.”
“I'll book when things calm down.”

👉 This is your reminder that things don't always magically calm down. 😂

So let's put a little time aside before your body starts demanding it.

🌿 I'm now booking into next week, with multiple daytime appointments available.

Come in for the therapeutic work your muscles have been asking for, a quiet hour to decompress, or simply some time where nobody needs anything from you.

No pressure. No “you NEED this.”
Just a cozy table, a quiet space, and an hour that's completely yours. ❤️

📩 Message me anytime or book online when you're ready.

Your future self will probably be pretty happy you did. 🌹

The tight shoulders.
The sore back.
The tired legs.
The “I just need someone to work this knot out” feeling. 😅

Sometimes we get so busy taking care of everything else that we forget our body has been keeping the score.

So, consider this your gentle Monday reminder: you’re allowed to take care of you, too. 🌿

I have a handful of daytime appointments still available this week:

✨ Tuesday — daytime
✨ Thursday — daytime
✨ Friday — daytime

No evenings available this week, but if evenings work better for you, I do have some openings next Monday–Wednesday evening. 👀

Whether you need focused therapeutic work, some much-needed quiet time, or simply an hour where nobody needs anything from you…

I'd love to have you on my table. 🌹

No pressure. No guilt. Just an open spot when you're ready.

📩 Send me a message or book online.

Your body has been asking nicely. Maybe it's time we listen. ❤️

Okay friends… mama has bills to pay. 😂🌹

I've been so ridiculously busy with painting, helping people move, prepping the kids for school, starting new routines, doing ALL the things… that somewhere along the way I apparently forgot the small detail that I also need to work. 🤦‍♀️

So! I'm putting it out there:

Next week is WIDE OPEN. 👀

If you've been thinking about booking a massage, this is your sign.

I currently have availability for:

🌿 Monday — daytime
🌿 Tuesday — daytime + evening
🌿 Wednesday — daytime (except afternoon) + evening
🌿 Thursday — daytime
🌿 Friday — daytime

Whether your body needs some serious muscle work, you're carrying around too much stress, you're pregnant and uncomfortable, or you simply need someone to tell your nervous system “okay, we're safe now”…

I've got you. ❤️

And honestly? I'd love to see some familiar faces and some new ones on my table next week.

No pressure. No guilt trip. Just a friendly reminder that your body deserves some attention too.

Send me a message or book your spot online. 🌹

Now excuse me while I go earn some money to pay for all these bills that have been stacking up. 😂

Life has been BUSY lately… and apparently my social media presence was the first thing to fall off the wagon. 😂

Between work, family, projects, and just… life, I've been a little quieter around here than usual.

But I'm still here. 💗
Still working.
Still helping tired bodies feel a little more human.
And still very much in your corner when you need a reset.

So if you've been thinking, “I really need a massage…” — consider this your little nudge. 😉

✨ I have just a couple daytime openings left this week:

🌿 Thursday — daytime
🌿 Friday — daytime

If your body has been asking for some attention, these spots are a pretty good opportunity to listen.

Send me a message or book online and let's get you feeling a little more like you again. 🌹

And thank you for sticking around even when I've been a little MIA. ❤️

I've been sharing massage tips, self-care reminders, behind-the-scenes moments and a little bit of everything in between...

But I want to know:

What do YOU actually want to see?

Would you like more:

💆‍♀️ Massage education
🦴 "Why does THIS hurt?" explanations
🧘 Easy stretches you can actually remember
🏃 Recovery tips
🤰 Prenatal comfort tips
💻 Tips for people who sit at a desk all day

Or something I haven't thought of?

Tell me in the comments.

Seriously. I want to make this page useful—not just another place where someone tells you to "drink more water." 😂

Although...

💧 You should probably drink some water.

If you've been sitting at a desk, driving, working on your feet, lifting kids, training at the gym, or just living life...

Your body can start feeling pretty darn cranky.

And sometimes the answer isn't simply "stretch more."

Your body needs a combination of movement, recovery, rest, hydration, strength and—sometimes—a little professional help.

One of my favourite things about massage therapy is helping people reconnect with how their body actually feels.

Because sometimes you don't realize how much tension you've been carrying until you finally let it go.

So here's your midweek reminder:

Drop your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Take a deep breath.
Move your body.

And maybe ask yourself:

"What does my body need today?" ❤️

I want to hear from you!

And because I know someone is going to ask... 😂

📅 I have ONE small window available this week: Thursday daytime.

🌹 Online booking is available.

We tend to think about massage when something hurts.

A stiff neck.

A cranky back.

Shoulders that feel like rocks.

A headache that won't quit.

But what if massage became part of your maintenance, rather than something you only do when you're already miserable?

Your body works hard for you every single day.

Work.
Parenting.
Driving.
Exercise.
Housework.
Standing.
Sitting.
Stress.
Life.

Sometimes it deserves a little attention BEFORE everything starts hurting.

Regular massage can be one piece of a bigger self-care and recovery routine—and you don't need to be falling apart to deserve it. ❤️

This week's appointments are completely booked, but I have very limited availability next week.

Don't wait until your body is sending emergency signals. 😉

🌹 Book online whenever you're ready.
