I graduated from the 3000 hour program at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2013 after completing a four year bachelorโs degree in dance at the University of Calgary, and my 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training in 2015
I have since furthered my yoga training and studied Biodynamic Myofascial Mobilization with Natale Rao RMT and Heather Gittens, RMT, and most recently completed a course wi
th Paula Jasper, MEd, RMT on Post Cesarean Section Treatment. I am knowledgable in the treatment of whiplash, respiratory and thoracic imbalances, sports/dance injury, pre and post natal related pain. My treatments include myofascial manipulation, muscle energy techniques, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy. I am passionate about educating my clients on their bodies and providing at home exercises so they can continue the healing process outside of the treatment room, and prevent further injury. Dance and yoga continue to be a passion of mine. I loves the exploration of the human body in motion, its relation to expression, art and science. This has influenced how I work, and continue to grow as a therapist. When I am not at the clinic I can be found in the yoga and dance studio, backpacking, hiking, and snowshoeing the trails of Squamish and Whistler with my husband, kids and dog Norman.
