Much of what we believe about ourselves did not originate within us. Women are often shaped by internalized voices, expectations, and perspectives that quietly condition how we see ourselves and what we believe we are allowed to be.
Part of becoming the sovereign authority of our own life requires decolonizing the psyche — recognizing the ways these inherited narratives have distanced us from our authentic nature.
As we begin to see these patterns clearly, something important happens: we become more free, more rooted, and more aligned with who we truly are.
