Mom & Baby Fitness - Summer Session 😎

Looking to get stronger, move your body, and connect with other moms this summer? Join us for Mom & Baby Fitness classes.

Bring your little one along while you enjoy a full-body workout designed specifically for the postpartum period. Our classes focus on rebuilding strength, improving core function, increasing energy, and helping you feel strong and confident in your body again.

📅 June 30 – August 20
📍 Storm, Squamish
⏰ Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 11:20am – 12:20pm

Pricing:
1 day/week (8 weeks): $120
2 days/week (8 weeks): $224

A space has opened up in one of our small group training sessions in North Vancouver!

Join two other wonderful women who are committed to staying strong, active, and confident. Together we focus on:
•Building muscle
•Supporting strong, healthy bones
•Improving balance and stability
•Boosting confidence and overall fitness

North Vancouver
Mondays at 3:00pm and/or Wednesdays at 2:00pm

This group is best suited for someone 60+ with at least a little weight training experience who is ready to continue building strength in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Join us for an 8-week prenatal fitness session designed to help you stay strong, active, and connected throughout your pregnancy.

Our classes focus on strength, mobility, core and pelvic floor awareness, and helping you manage the physical demands of pregnancy—all in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Whether you’re new to exercise or have been active throughout your pregnancy, modifications are provided so you can move safely and confidently.

Come meet other local moms-to-be, build strength for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and enjoy an hour dedicated to you each week. 💛

It brings me so much pleasure and joy to support each and every mom through their pregnancies and postpartum journeys.

It’s such a privilege to watch you all grow little humans, and then support you in regaining your strength and fitness postpartum. Watching your confidence and strength build along the way is truly incredible. You all amaze me.

I feel so lucky to do what I do 🫶

I am also so incredibly grateful to be a mom to my sweet girl. It brings me more joy than I could have ever imagined.

Meet other moms in the community while staying strong and healthy for both you and your baby. Each class includes a full-body workout with a focus on exercises that help reduce common pregnancy discomforts while supporting posture, strength, and mobility.

• 1-hour in-person session to assess, coach technique, and set you up with your program
• A fully customized strength program delivered through a free training app (with exercise videos and messaging access to your coach)
• Programs available for pre/postnatal, peri/post menopause, and women’s strength training
• Optional in-person check-ins every 4–8 weeks with program updates to keep you progressing

Pricing:

• $180 – 2 in-person sessions + custom program
