In Mysore-style practice, we learn this system individually, within a group. We move slowly. We sync breath with movement, and listen to how the body organizes itself. We return — small shifts happen. We keep listening. The body reorganizes. The mind does too. Slow and steady. The magic is in the repetition. We learn to notice the subtleties — how time passes, how we age, how our own nature changes, and the nature around us. It is a mirror. What is it that remains? It is an invitation inward.
