💜 A gentle, supportive play group for children ages 2–5 and their caregivers.

Courage Through Connection is a therapist-facilitated group supporting confidence, emotional regulation, and social engagement through play, art, music, movement, and sensory exploration. Grounded in a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approach, children build connection and independence alongside attuned therapists and caregivers.

While one therapist supports children in real time, another is available to offer caregiver guidance, consultation, and connection throughout the session. Caregivers are welcome to participate, receive support, and gradually step back as their child grows more comfortable.

We offer 5-week series and drop-in options (space permitting), with small groups designed to support regulation, relationship-building, and a sense of safety.

💜 A slower, more grounded summer experience for children ages 6 to 10.

Our Eco Camp blends art therapy, nature exploration, and gentle yoga into a supportive group setting designed to nurture creativity, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. Children will gather natural materials, create art inspired by the environment, and build connection through shared experiences — all guided by a trauma-informed approach.

We’re offering flexible 1-day drop-in options in July, as well as 3-day and 5-day camp sessions in August. Each group is intentionally kept small (4-6 children) to support regulation, connection, and relationship-building in a safe and supportive environment.

We hear this question a lot. And the answer is yes — when art and music therapy are provided within the scope of clinical counselling by registered professionals. Our therapists are trained as both creative arts therapists and clinical counsellors, so your sessions are eligible for coverage under many extended health plans.

💜 Outreach Support is guided, relationship-based support at home and in the community for children, youth, and adults.

Our services are delivered by Junior and Senior Support Workers with oversight from a Clinical Counsellor, and can be coordinated with counselling and/or creative therapies.
