Something in you knows-
this life no longer fits
You can’t explain it
But staying the same
Would cost you something sacred

So you soften
You listen
You move towards what you cannot yet to see

this is how it begins
Not with clarity
but with courage 🤍

💔Sometimes saying goodbye is the hardest part…

sometimes stepping into something new means saying goodbye to what is familiar, to what is comfortable, to what is known. It might be the scariest thing you ever do. But promise me that you’ll do it anyways. Hands shaking, heart, racing, battling thoughts that still come from that old version of yourself that you’re outgrowing.

Let your heart feel every last ounce of it, don’t try to rush this process. Be with it every step of the way. But promise that you keep going. Through the pain, through the fear, keep walking step-by-step towards that beautiful life that you are creating.

The only thing that I know for sure is that everything has led you to this moment, that none of this has been by accident, and that you are exactly where you are meant to be.

Lead unapologetically with your heart, trust in what you know, and fiercely go after everything that you know is meant for you.

You’ve got this 😉🫶

There is a version of this journey no one really talks about.

The part where becoming… feels like breaking first.

Where building the life you asked for
comes with the death of the life you carried deep within your heart.

Where you’re grieving people who are still here,
versions of yourself you had to let go of
and a reality that no longer fits…
you were the one who chose to leave it.

But still… the world doesn’t stop.

Your kids still need you.
Your body still needs you.
Your work still asks you to lead, to give, to show up.

So you do.

Not because it’s easy…
but because you refuse to go back, you refuse to let fear be the thing that stops you this time

This part though? It’s the good part. It’s the part that builds you.

It’s the moments where it would be easier to collapse…
but you steady yourself instead.

Where your heart is heavy, your mind is tired,
and you still choose to move forward even just a step

This is grit.

Not the loud performative kind
But the quiet kind… it’s in the moments no one sees.

And what you’re building here…
is someone unshakeable.

Becoming someone who can feel it all
and still rise.

So if you’re in it right now…
GOOD

Stay with it.
Let it shape you.

Because this version of you…
the one being built in the fire…

She’s the one who you’ve been waiting for all along 💪🤍

Starving yourself of movement isn’t just physical…
it’s slowly disconnecting you from who you are.

Your body was built to move, to explore, to live and to experience.

When you stop using it, you’re not just just loosing strength
your losing energy, clarity, confidence… and ultimately FREEDOM

Move your body.
Not because you have to
but because everything you want to FEEL lives on the other side of it.

Just over six months ago I made one of the hardest decisions of my life. I left my marriage and moved into a place on my own. I was walking away from a relationship that had become toxic, not just for me, but for both of us… one that we were slowly drowning in

If you had asked me a year ago if this is where I thought I would be, I would have said no way in hell.

But my old life was slowly crumbling around me. I could feel it. I could see it. And still… I was holding onto it so tightly. Afraid to let go. Afraid of what it meant to say goodbye to the life I had built. Afraid of who I might be without it.

The truth was, I had outgrown parts of that life. Parts of myself that no longer fit who I was becoming. But letting go of them felt like stepping into the unknown.

And that terrified me.

Walking away meant facing everything I was afraid of. The fear of being on my own. The fear of starting over. The fear that maybe somehow I had failed again.

But something inside of me knew staying would cost me even more.

For a long time my heart and my body had been trying to tell me the truth. I just wasn’t ready to listen.

Until one day… I was.

So I jumped.

And I won’t lie, it’s still hard. Some days I still feel the pull back toward the familiar. Back toward the smaller version of myself that learned how to survive there.

But every day I keep showing up. I keep doing the work. I keep facing the fears and the parts of myself that want to retreat.

To me, this is what real self love looks like. Not the comfortable kind. The kind that asks you to face your demons, stand in the fire, and choose yourself anyway.

I know I’m resilient. I know I’m here to do big things. I have never been someone who backs down from a challenge… and this may be one of the greatest challenges of my life so far.

But I’m still here. Still standing. Still becoming.

And if there’s one thing this experience has taught me, it’s this:

You don’t have to stay where you are.
You don’t have to stay stuck.
You don’t have to keep holding onto parts of yourself you’ve already outgrown.

Sometimes the life that’s waiting for you on the other side requires the courage to let the old one fall apart.

Our bodies hold a natural rhythm. One that often gets drowned out by stress, disconnection, or the constant push to do more.

We spend most of our time on autopilot, numbed out, distracted, trying to get through our impossibly overscheduled days.

💡But that rhythm is still there. Waiting…

✨When you begin to move with intention, breathe with more awareness, and take time to FEEL again, you begin to reclaim it.

Natural movement patterns return, space begins to open up, breath begins to deepen, and we start to become more present. Aware.

This is about more than just strength and flexibility. It’s about returning to yourself.

Let’s remember what it feels like to actually be connected again to our physical containers, to move freely, to explore the limitless possibilities that our bodies can offer us.
