I'm Amy Rezek, and my work lives where somatics, energetics and the nervous system meet. After years of exploring energy work, Reiki, Kundalini yoga, Meditation and sound, I found Spinal Energetics - a modality that allowed me to integrate everything I knew about the body's innate intelligence. What has emerged in my work is both deeply grounded and profoundly intuitive. Our body knows how to heal

Summer 2026 is somehow right around the corner so I wanted to share all my community classes in studio.

June 5-7: EmBoDY You Retreat
An immersive weekend designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and restorative integration. Take time to rest, integrate, and reconnect with practices to support your body, breath, and energy.

Thursday, June 11: Sound Bath 7:15-8:15 pm
Each session is a meditative journey where you are gently “bathed” in sound. Crystal singing bowls, flute, chimes, and other sacred instruments create layered frequencies that help quiet the mind, release tension, and invite deep rest. As the body settles, sound can enhance mindfulness, emotional release, and connection to your inner self.

Thursday, June 25: Reiki Sound Journey 7:15-8:30 pm
Allow yourself to be gently held in a deeply restorative space where Reiki and sound come together to bring balance, clarity, and calm. This guided meditation combines the subtle healing energy of Reiki with with the immersive frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.

Saturday, June 27: Group Spinal Energetics 10:30 & 1:00
Spinal Energetics is a body-led, nervous-system-focused modality that supports the release of stored tension, emotional patterns, and energetic holding through light touch, sound, breath, and awareness. The Spinal Energetics work unfolds within the shared presence of the group, where co-regulation and being witnessed can support deeper softening and release.

Monday, July 11: Aromatherapy, Breath, & Sound 7-8:30
Each participant will create their own aromatherapy blend to enhance wellbeing, followed by restorative breathwork and a sound bath to anchor the experience. Leave feeling balanced, grounded, and connected. All supplies provided for each participant to leave with a custom roller ball blend.
