A little shoutout to Charlie. 🤍

I’ve become really intentional about who I receive energy work from, and finding someone you genuinely resonate with makes all the difference.

Wellness is often spoken about as though it’s a luxury. Something you do if you have extra time or money.

But what if we started seeing it differently?

What if movement, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and genuine human connection were viewed as investments rather than extras?

When people have opportunities to build resilience, strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and care for their mental and physical wellbeing, the benefits extend far beyond the individual. Families become stronger. Communities become healthier. And over time, that can reduce pressure on the systems that spend so much of their time responding after people reach a crisis.

That’s part of why I’m creating family wellness experiences. Not because I think one event changes the world, but because I believe prevention deserves just as much attention as intervention.

I’ve always had this ability to see people for who they truly are.

To look beyond the fear, the masks, the mistakes, and see the goodness underneath.

I’ve loved people for their potential, their heart, and the parts of them they couldn’t always see themselves.

For a long time, I thought that gift was meant for everyone else. But I wish I’d turned it toward myself sooner.

I spent years extending grace to others while withholding it from the one person who needed it most.

The greatest transformation in my life hasn’t come from learning more. It’s come from learning to love myself with the same compassion I’d always offered everyone else.

Maybe self-love is about finally seeing yourself through the same loving eyes you’ve always used to see others.

That’s where real change begins.
