You might find yourself craving a cigarette when youâre bored, lonely, or sad. Emotions can sometimes trigger cravings, so it is helpful to keep track of those emotions and come up with a list of non-smoking activities to do in each situation. If you make a list of things to do as a distraction, you will be prepared when the cravings hit!
