This is a course like no other! Whether you'd like to develop new tools to care for others in crisis or simply work on your own self-care strategies, Psychological First Aid is for EVERYONE!!

Each course is tailored to the group in attendance. We develop case studies together and learn from the crisis event within comfortable parameters.

It's 2 days in a safe space with 2 experienced facilitors leading discussions centered around the effects of stress, loss, trauma, and grief.

It's an opportunity to develope a set of actions and direct responses to help individuals in distress.

It's exploring coping strategies with an emphasis on the importance of self-care for caregivers and individuals dealing with stress.

It's 2 days, focusing on psychosocial well-being, encouraging individuals to care for themselves & others... and those 2 days are happening soon... we hope to see you there.
