Being a mom means becoming a hundred different people in a single day.

They said I could be anyone…
So I decided to be a mom.
One of the hardest and most beautiful jobs in the world.
But carrying all those roles at once can leave so many moms stuck in stress mode, overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, touched-out, emotionally drained… living in constant nervous system dysregulation.
And when your nervous system is overloaded, everything feels heavier.
Patience becomes harder.
Sleep becomes lighter.
Recovery becomes slower.
