SERENITY SESSIONS: This 30-minute session features Himalayan bowls, both on and off the body, tuning forks and Schumann resonance chimes, for brainwave entrainment and a crystal bowl sound bath to finish.

INTEGRAL SOUND HEALING SESSIONS: Himalayan bowls will be used both on and off the body, along with vibrational tools, such as weighted and unweighted tuning forks, for chakra balancing or acupressure-style healing. After the therapeutic treatments, the session moves to a relaxing sound bath, using Koshi chimes and crystal quartz bowls to finish.
