Sunset Yoga & Horses Event!
Bodhi Hot Yoga is partnering with Avalon Equestrian Center to deliver a unique yoga experience surrounded by horses! Peace, Tranquility & Mindfulness are three words that come to mind.
Picture this…. It’s a beautiful warm evening. You are watching the sunset and there’s a light breeze on your face. You are being guided through a gentle yoga class outdoors, listening to the birds chirp and the wind in the trees. No music necessary.
The sounds of nature are just enough. You look up and see beautiful, majestic horses just outside the fence. They are grazing freely on the grass and watching curiously what’s going on within the outdoor arena. They come close to the fence and maybe you lock eyes with one - a connection?
Does this sound like something your soul is craving? Join Kelsey in her happy place:) she is so excited to host this unique event and we hope it’ll be something we can offer throughout the summer!
What to bring:
An old blanket, a yoga mat, water, sunscreen/flyspray and maybe not wear your best active wear!
