Had the pleasure of answering questions on chiropractic care at this years NLOWE conference, and how chiropractic is not just about the "crack". Chiropractic care aims at helping you return to function to reach your goals through soft tissue techniques and restoring joint mobility. A treatment plan can include manipulation/adjustment, but doesn't always have to. Treatment can also include cupping, scraping, acupuncture, dry needling, muscle release therapy, and/or a mix of all the above.
