We’re excited to welcome Matt, Registered Physiotherapist, to the Progressive Physiotherapy team! 🎉
Born and raised in St. John’s, Matt brings over 8 years of experience with a strong focus on sport, performance-based, and active rehabilitation.

With a background in Kinesiology (MUN) and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin, Matt combines evidence-based care with a deep understanding of movement, strength, and recovery. His approach emphasizes individualized treatment, movement quality, and long-term resilience, helping clients return confidently to sport and everyday activity.
