Meet Vitiligo Ken. He is our new chief morale officer. Not only does he help keep spirits up in the office but he also likes to help educate on skin and health issues.

Ken and Dr. Gulliver would like all of our patients and friends know that masks are still required for all appointments in office (for those able). Remember, a mask is one of the best ways to protect yourself and others, as it's not variant or disease specific! Stay safe!

NOTICE TO ALL PATIENTS OF DR. WAYNE GULLIVER/ NEWLAB CLINICAL RESEARCH:

MANDITORY MASKING WILL CONTINUE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The current guidance from the Department of Health states that a point of care risk assessment should be used to determine if masks will be used in a healthcare facility. Dr. Gulliver has assessed the risk determined that masking will still be required in his clinic and facilities. All other covid precautions including screening questions will continue as well.

Thank-you for your continued cooperation and understanding,

Dr. Wayne Gulliver and Staff

We wanted to take the time to congratulate our friend Krystle, who was recently awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee medal for her volunteer and advocacy work with HSHeroes. Without this kind of work by patients and for patients, HS would not be on the map. Patient voices and perspectives are a vital part of care and we thank HSHeroes and all patient advocacy groups for the important work they do.

Krystle Sutherland is an incredible advocate for spreading awareness about Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) through HSHeroes.

Krystle also volunteers much of her time to community causes. I was honoured to present her a Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee medal along with Blake Desjarlais.

Thanks to Krystle’s friends and family who joined us and the beautiful Felice Café for hosting us.

NOTICE TO ALL PATIENTS OF DR. WAYNE GULLIVER/ NEWLAB CLINICAL RESEARCH:

As a private clinic we will be continuing with strict covid prevention protocols including covid screening questions the day prior, manditory masking, and no in person appointments for patients who have covid, have been a close contact of a known case, have covid symptoms, or have travelled outside the province in the last 14 days.

We are continuing with these measures to insure that the clinic does not close for an extended period of time due to a covid outbreak in the office and to protect the vulnerable.

If you are unable or unwilling to comply with these measures, you may wish to seek Dermatological care elsewhere.

Our priority is your health and safety.
