Over the past two days, we had the pleasure of welcoming Cindy from Accreditation Canada to Cambridge Estates! 🌟
During her visit, Cindy spent time meeting one-on-one with residents, speaking with staff and family members, and learning more about the everyday life and community here at Cambridge.
Accreditation Canada works with healthcare and senior living communities across the country to help support quality care, safety, resident experience, and continuous improvement. Visits like these give residents, families, and staff the opportunity to share feedback, celebrate strengths, and help ensure the best possible living environment for everyone who calls Cambridge Estates home.
Residents had the opportunity to share their experiences, stories, and thoughts through open conversations and presentations, highlighting the importance of connection, compassion, and resident-centered living within our home.
