Strongest Beginnings: Perinatal Mental Well-Being Research Study

This research study is an adaptation of our evidence-based programs to create an enhanced program called Strongest Beginnings for expecting parents or new parents with children under 3. This program aims to support parental mental health, early positive parenting skills, and parent-infant bonding from pregnancy through early infancy. We’re currently recruiting 50–60 participants as part of a clinical series research study to evaluate the program.
