•Healing can make you feel lonely.
When you stop participating in old patterns, some relationships naturally stop fitting. Theres loneliness that comes from outgrowing people you once were close with.

•You can outgrow a spiritual practice.
What once helped you, may eventually feel restrictive. Your spirituality is allowed to evolve.

•Some people won’t like the healed version of you. The moment you stop overgiving, people may call you “different.”

•Learning to listen and trust your intuition, no matter what. Sometimes your intuition tells you something you wish it didn’t.
