Join the fun team at Dynamic Chiropractic & Sports Therapy!

We're looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our amazing front desk team!

Hours (Non-Negotiable):
Monday: 4:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM
Flexibility to pick up additional shifts is an asset.

What You'll Do:
✔ Welcome patients with a friendly smile
✔ Schedule appointments and answer phones/emails
✔ Process payments and balance your shift
✔ Assist with insurance billing (MPI, WCB, Manitoba Health private, and third-party billing and communications)
✔ Help keep our clinic organized and running smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
💙 Friendly and professional
💙 Organized and reliable
💙 A great communicator
💙 A team player with excellent customer service skills

Reception or customer service experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person!
