Now Available! Cupping Therapy 🎉🙌

Some of you may know I have recently gotten certified in Cupping!
Cupping is an ancient therapy that originated from traditional Chinese medicine. The suction of the cups pulls tissues apart, promoting blood flow and reducing pain.
So far I have had wonderful success in treating many different pain related issues with my silicone cups.

Ask me about cupping next time you’re in for a massage or book online today! 🌸

Massage Therapy treats specific health conditions, and the body as a whole.  It has been found to be beneficial to support stress reduction, having direct and indirect effects on all the systems of the body.
It is beneficial not just for injury, but also for wellness. An increasing number of clinical research studies published in peer reviewed journals show massage:

* reduces heart rate
* lowers blood pressure
* increases blood circulation and lymph flow
* reduces muscle tension
* improves range of motion
* increases endorphins

Your RMT has knowledge of how to provide a safe treatment if you have a disability, an injury, an illness, or are taking medications. During their extensive training, Massage Therapists study anatomy, physiology, pathology, neurology, pharmacology, thermal applications, and more.

Massage Therapy should also be considered an important part of a preventive care and rehabilitative program.
