Shout out to the real MVP of The Wellness House ❤️🐈‍⬛🏡

Rosco is hands down the best part of coming to TWH. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: he’s the BEST unofficial therapy cat there ever was. He knows his job, loves his clients, and gives them the love they need to feel safe. I can’t imagine doing my work without him 🥰

Ross has been feeling under the weather for a while but I am so grateful and happy to say that all he needed was a few meds to get him feeling all better again! Thank you a thousand to the staff and to Dr. Holly at for the amazing and thorough work they did with Ross ❤️

I just love this little house with all my heart! 🤍🏡

Just a little post to let everyone know that I am no longer accepting NEW clients as I will be going on Maternity leave (again!) sometime in November!! 🥰

To better support my current clients and to be there for the ones who have come through the doors before, I don’t want to overextend myself and not have appointments available. Currently booking about a month out so if you’ve been needing in for a check-in, this is your gentle reminder! 🙏🏻

As always, there’s some great therapists in our area who I am happy to refer to during my time off and to new clients who are ready to begin/start again with their therapy journeys. 🙌🏻

This one’s for my rug sweepers… 🤍🧹

I have a feeling you’re actually incredibly emotionally intelligent.

You notice when someone’s mood shifts. You can read the room. You recognize what the people around you need and you’re quick to offer encouragement, validation, and support.

You make people feel seen.
You remind them of their strengths, celebrate their wins, and sit with them through the hard moments. You have a way of making others feel incredibly special.

And maybe… that’s because there was a time when your world was missing some of that.

So you became the person you needed.

If this resonates with you, I want to gently remind you of something.

Sometimes, when we’ve spent years sweeping things under the rug to survive, we don’t just sweep away the hard stuff—we sweep away the good stuff, too.

The compliments.
The encouragement.
The evidence that we’re enough.

Someone tells us we’re doing a great job, that we’re kind, capable, resilient, or loved… and instead of letting it land, we file it away in a “maybe later” folder that we never come back to.

But what if you believed them?
What if the kind things people say about you are actually true?

You are worthy.
You are seen.
You are valuable too.
Not because you’ve earned it by taking care of everyone else or achieving something —but because you’ve always been.

And if you need a little external reassurance sometimes, that’s okay too. We all do.

What if May is a month of maintenance? 🌱☕️

Lately, I’ve noticed so many people feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, and hard on themselves — believing they’re “falling behind” or experiencing some kind of setback.

But what if this isn’t a setback at all?

We’re in a season of transition. Even though many of us are craving the slower pace and sunshine of spring and summer, this time of year often comes with fuller schedules, shifting routines, sports starting up, farms seeding, events filling calendars, and life generally moving a little louder and faster.

The energy of this season can feel high for everyone.

Maybe May isn’t about pushing harder or constantly growing. Maybe it’s about maintenance. About tending to yourself gently. Sleeping enough. Eating regularly. Going to therapy. Drinking water. Taking breaks. Doing the things that help you stay grounded while life feels busy around you.

Growth isn’t linear — and being human means there will be seasons where maintaining is more than enough.

You do not have to bloom every second to still be healing. 🤍

Six years of The Wellness House 🤍🏡

Yesterday marked 6 years of holding space, building connection, and walking alongside so many of you through life’s highs, lows, and everything in between.

What started as a dream has grown into something so much more meaningful than I could have ever imagined. This space exists because of you — your trust, your vulnerability, your courage to show up, and your willingness to do the work.

To every client, family, and supporter who has been part of this journey… thank you. Thank you for allowing The Wellness House to be a place of healing, growth, and real, human connection. You all mean the world to me! 🥹

I am endlessly grateful for this community and so proud of the safe, compassionate space we continue to create together. I’m incredibly lucky to have lived my dream for 6 whole years already! 🙌🏻🤍

There’s fidgets, some candies, a cat and a couch - a great combo if you ask me! 🫶🏻
(I’d even make you a coffee or tea if you’d like! … coffee will be instant but trust me, it’s actually yummy!)

Here’s the thing:
You don’t have to be in crisis to come to therapy.

You don’t need a breaking point.
You don’t need a perfectly worded reason.
You don’t need to justify why it feels “hard lately.”

Therapy can be a place you come to before things fall apart.
A space to get curious about your patterns, your relationships, your reactions.
A place to grow, reflect, and feel more like yourself again.

Maybe you just want:
• to understand yourself better
• to communicate more clearly (communication enhancement is my jam!)
• to feel less overwhelmed in everyday life
• to have someone neutral to talk things through with

That’s more than enough.

Therapy isn’t only for surviving — it’s for thriving, too.
And you’re allowed to want support, even when things look “fine” on the outside.

You’re always welcome here 🤍🏡🐈‍⬛

Some sessions are quiet.
Some are heavy.
Some hold the kind of grief that feels too big for words.

And sometimes… I might cry with you.

Not because I’m taking your pain on as my own—but because I’m human, too. Because sitting with your story, your love, your loss… it matters. You matter.

In those moments, my role doesn’t change. I’m still grounded, present, and holding space for you. But I won’t pretend to be untouched by the depth of what you’re carrying.

Grief deserves to be witnessed. Not rushed. Not fixed. Not minimized.

So if tears show up in the room—yours or mine—they’re welcome here.

I work with individuals navigating stress/grief, life transitions, relationships, and the challenges that come with trying to hold everything together.

My approach is warm, client-centred, and collaborative. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about understanding yourself and creating meaningful change.

It only took almost 6 years!!

I finally have signs!
Welcome - come on in, the coast is clear!
In Session - there’s still someone here, please wait :)
(Wait on the chairs outside the house or wait in your vehicle)

I try my hardest to book sessions so there’s barely ever client overlap when arriving - but sometimes life happens. These signs will help :)

This is mostly for the winter when the open White Door can’t indicate the “come on in, Cally’s ready” … because usually it’s freezing here so the door has to remain closed. (If you know the door, you know!)

Signs are hung on the window beside the White Door 🙌🏻

Now I just have to remember to use them 💪🧠

Thanks to my amazing clients for always being understanding, respectful, and gracious - ya’ll are the real mvp’s! I bet you’re proud that I finally got signs!

And remember,
Even if today is hard … take things one moment at a time. Slow down, be present, take a deep breath. You got this.

2026 check-in!

How are we doing?

It’s 2026 - a couple weeks in
The holiday hype is over
The freedom/fun we love after the holidays has worn off
Basically we’re back to “real life” - but it’s STILL WINTER
(Even though we’re experiencing what feels like a false spring ☀️)

This time of year can be especially hard. It can turn in to the January Blues - where you just feel down and blah. 🙁

Don’t forget:
🩵 Keep doing the things you love (it’s okay if you have to schedule it in!)
🩵 Get outside - and look at the sun (if it’s not cloudy)
If you can’t go outside, use your imagination. Truly, visualization is more powerful than you think!
🩵 Remind yourself you don’t have to do it alone - lean on your supports, spend time with friends/family, seek therapy if you feel it would be beneficial.

Deep breath in, slow exhale out.
Take care of yourself

With my limited part-time schedule my calendar fills up pretty fast but because I can be flexible with time/booking, that doesn’t always mean a huge wait time before an initial appt. Reach out with any questions!
