Creekside Yoga is not only a place to practice Yoga, but a sanctuary for wellness and relaxation. The scenic location on Rawdon Creek and the soothing sound of the waterfall adjacent to the property creates an oasis in their backyard making this a destination for yogis in the Quinte region and Hastings County. Creekside Yoga provides yoga classes for all levels of fitness, age, and experience. We
offer many styles of yoga such as Vinyasa Flow, Power, Yin, Restorative, and Pre/Post Natal. Workshops, preregistered and private classes in areas such as Yoga for Beginners, AcroYoga, and Broga (Yoga for Men) are among some of the other services available.

What do I need to bring? A mat and a water bottle. Don't have a mat? We rent mats for $1 per class. We have blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets available for your use in studio.
*All class passes and purchases are non-refundable and expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Class passes are transferrable.
