Currently completing the college program for Orthotherapy. Orthotherapy is a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to relieve muscle pains and restore the balance within the body. Orthotherapy is a combination of massage, kinesitherapy (joint mobilization), exercise therapy, postural reeducation, and nutrition.

It's always difficult for me to explain to people what I do, so I've decided to just say, 'I change lives.' I definitely have a different approach. I work with authenticity. To attempt to tell you, I do myofascia release, isometrics, mobilization, soft tissue manipulations, traction, and/or take into account stress levels, emotion, trauma, and fascial armouring. Most people don't care or understand; they just want to get better. But you're here to learn, because if you don't learn, how are you going to make these things better? Posture, awareness, being consistent, and calming your nervous system. I don't have to teach you these things; I do because I want to see you get better.
