You may view your anxiety as a weakness or a flaw, but did you know that it's actually meant to be your inner protector? We are excited to announce our Fall Therapy Talks exploring this very topic! ✨ On October 14th, join us for a warm, welcoming evening exploring what anxiety really is, why it shows up, and how to work with it instead of against it. Come as you are, and leave with clarity, calm, and real strategies to carry with you.

This is for anyone who:
