You can eat well, exercise, take your supplements, track your cycle, and still struggle to conceive.
I think social media has helped create this idea that if you just “optimize” hard enough, pregnancy should happen easily.
But fertility is more complicated than that.
I’ve seen patients blame themselves because they drank coffee once, missed a workout, were stressed during a busy month, or didn’t buy the “right” supplement protocol.
Meanwhile, there may be underlying factors like ovulation issues, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, s***m quality concerns, or something that simply needs a proper workup and support.
Of course lifestyle matters, but struggling to conceive is not a moral failure, and it’s not proof that you didn’t try hard enough.
