Lately, in my free time, when I’m not cleaning up Play-Doh, I’m usually in my home office with a coffee, creating new blog posts for our clinic website. ☕️💻
It has always been one of my goals to help make our clinic a trusted source of health information for people who are searching for answers online, trying to understand their symptoms, wanting to take better care of themselves, or simply wondering what to do next.
There is so much health information online, and it can be hard to know what is credible — and what actually applies to you. I love being able to curate information that is educational, practical, and encouraging, because there is almost always something more you can learn and something you can do to support your health, both now and for years to come.
That might mean looking more closely at lab testing, improving nutrition, making lifestyle changes, exploring helpful resources, or identifying factors that may be helping — or hindering — your health.
And sometimes, the most valuable part of searching online is finding the right healthcare practitioners to work alongside you and help you make sense of it all.
So between the Play-Doh, the babies, the coffee, and the laptop… I’ve been writing. 😂
Lots of new health articles are coming to the website, inspired by the real-world questions, symptoms, and health concerns that my team and I work with every day.
I’m excited to keep building a resource you can come back to — and share with friends and family — whenever you want to learn a little more about your health.
