A little behind-the-scenes look at what my workdays sometimes look like from my home office!
Many of my naturopathic appointments are available by secure phone or video, making it easy to stay connected without the commute to the clinic.
And I especially love video appointments because we still get to see each other face-to-face while catching up on how things have been going. 👋
There’s a lot we can accomplish virtually. During a telemedicine appointment, we can:
• Review new or ongoing health concerns
• Check in on symptoms and progress
• Order laboratory testing when appropriate
• Review and interpret lab results together
• Adjust nutrition and lifestyle strategies
• Review supplements and make changes as needed
• Answer all those health questions you've been keeping a list of between visits!
For many follow-up appointments, there really isn't a need to drive all the way to the clinic just to sit across a desk from me — we can do exactly that from the comfort of your home.
Of course, in-person appointments are still available at Hudson Integrative Healthcare in downtown Stoney Creek, particularly when there is something we need or want to do in clinic.
Otherwise, grab a coffee, open your laptop (or just pick up your phone ☕️), and we can catch up from wherever you are in Ontario.
