You would never know what someone is carrying just by looking at them.

From 13 to 21, I struggled deeply with su***de and survived multiple attempts. I smiled, took photos, spent time with friends, celebrated milestones and looked “fine” from the outside.

My last attempt was at 21.

I’m 28 now — and there is so much life I never would have known was waiting for me.

I share this because su***de does not always have a look. Check on your people. Ask the harder question. Remind someone they matter.

Wednesday appointments are now being reserved for returning clients so I can protect availability for those already receiving ongoing care with me.
