Reactive Health is a growing, multi-disciplinary company with 7 locations across PEI, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team.

What we’re looking for:
🌟 Strong customer service and communication skills
🌟 Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
🌟 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🌟 Positive attitude with a focus on creating a great patient experience
🌟 Comfortable learning scheduling and billing systems

Key responsibilities include:
🌟 Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and front desk support
🌟 Greeting patients and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment
🌟 Managing patient records, payments, and daily admin tasks
🌟 Communicating with insurance providers (WCB, MVA, LTD)

Dizziness, vertigo, or feeling unsteady can have a big impact on your day-to-day life.

Vestibular rehabilitation is a type of Physiotherapy that focuses on improving how your inner ear, eyes, brain, and body work together to keep you balanced and oriented.

Depending on what’s causing your symptoms, Physiotherapy can help reduce dizziness and vertigo, improve balance, and make everyday movements feel more comfortable and predictable. Your Physiotherapist will assess your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that may include specific exercises for balance, gaze stability, movement, and coordination.

Whether you’re feeling off-balance when walking, uncomfortable turning your head, or experiencing episodes of the room spinning, there may be a Physiotherapy approach that can help.

Today we’re saying goodbye to Ariana, one of the friendly faces who has been part of our West Royalty team, as she heads off to Vancouver to continue her education.

Ariana has been such a great part of the team, and we’re going to miss having her around the clinic! We’re so excited for everything that’s ahead for her and can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes her.
