A heartfelt thank-you to Andrew C. Brown for writing such an excellent article on the Stratford and District Historical Society website about last week's screening of The Rainbow Riders documentary.

Andrew beautifully captured the spirit of the evening and the importance of preserving and sharing Stratford's local history. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to celebrate the stories, friendships, and community legacy of the Rainbow Riders.

A very special thank-you as well to Nancy Musselman, our wonderful MC and storyteller for the afternoon. Nancy's knowledge, warmth, and engaging storytelling brought the history to life and made the event even more meaningful. We are always grateful for the opportunity to work with her and truly appreciate all that she does to help preserve and share our community's rich history.

💐 A Heartfelt Thank You! 💐

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to Sarah Hombach, daughter of our resident Rosella Herold, for suggesting Woodland Towers as the recipient of a Facebook giveaway hosted by The Crazy Glad Lady (Laura Good) from St. Paul's.

We are so grateful that Laura selected Woodland Towers and generously gifted us dozens of beautiful gladiolus flowers to spread colour and cheer throughout our halls.

Just yesterday, we enjoyed a quiet morning stroll through the old grove, the nature path right next to our home. Here we identified birds, berries and plants that were already prospering this summer. We eventually found a nice bench to sit on, and here we shared some stories about a dear friend, and fellow resident, who just recently passed away. We spoke about the impact that this resident had on our lives, the stories which he shared with us, and the legacy that he has left us to remember him by. We will smile as we remember him fondly. Following our special conversation, it was perfect timing for some pet therapy. Thank-you to Robbie and Josephine for all of the love! (two beautiful shelties who we met in the woods)! What a wonderful morning spent in nature. 🐞 🐝 🐌 🍄‍🟫🍀

A huge thank you to the Happy Together Band for an incredible afternoon of music at Woodland Towers! 🎶☀️

They truly played something for everyone, and it was wonderful to see our residents singing along, clapping, and enjoying the performance from both the parking lot and their balconies. The beautiful weather and fantastic music made for a perfect summer afternoon.

Thank you for sharing your talent and helping create such a fun and memorable day for our residents. We can't wait to welcome you back!
