I regularly incorporate Front Mu Point (Alarm Point) assessment and testing when working with patients. With my keen enthusiasm and affinity for research coupled with my insight into energetic anatomy and physiology (acupuncture meridians etc.), I have special interest in treating gut health concerns, namely Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). I also love working with children!:)

These are just a few of the indications I’ve treated recently using acupuncture!

I know you're busy, and you may feel quite overwhelmed.

You have a never ending to-do list, many responsibilities, and those who are depending upon you. But, what's one way today you can accept this gift of rest?

Etching out 15 minutes at the end of your day, before your head hits the pillow, to simply be and breathe, taking a walk amongst the beautiful changing and falling leaves, or taking 20 minutes to sit down to that instrument, that painting, that book, that delightful flow state activity that is a needed gift of rest🫶
