We believe that good health is a birth right available to everyone. Offering natural treatment methods is very important to us. Many of us have had the experience of being unwell or challenged by health at some time in our lives and therefore have the experience of putting holistic practices to work and experiencing their benefits. Holistic means including body, mind, and spirit. They cannot be se

parated. When we work on one, the other follows. Our facility offers natural therapeutic treatments such as Registered Massage Therapy, Bowen Technique, Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology (foot hand and face), EFT, Flower Essences, AFT, Allergy Antidotes, Traditional Thai Massage, Chinese Meridian Acupressure, Life Coaching, Acupuncture, and Tui Na. We also offer classes and workshops from local and invited presenters and teachers, regular yoga and meditation, a lovely specialty store offering related books, CD's, stones, smudge, flower essences, essential oils, natural soaps, and much more. We hope that you have a positive experience here and enjoy the calming peaceful energy on our premises.

What is the Bowen Technique?
The Bowen Technique is a gentle, holistic therapy that works by prompting the body to remember its own innate ability to heal. Rather than forcing change from the outside, a Bowen practitioner uses precise, rolling movements applied to specific points on muscles, tendons, and fascia — working with the body's proprioceptors (the sensory receptors that monitor the body's position and movement) to trigger a profound healing response.

The approach is subtle yet remarkably effective. The practitioner applies moves and then steps back, giving the body time and space to respond. These deliberate pauses are a key part of the technique — they allow the nervous system to process the input before the next set of moves is applied. Fully clothed or under a sheet is your choice.
