Mental health is not something people can simply “get over.”
A lot of people are carrying anxiety, trauma, burnout, grief, overwhelm, or experiences others know absolutely nothing about.
Sometimes people don’t need judgment or tough love. Sometimes they need support, coping skills, understanding, and a safe place to talk about what’s actually going on 🤍
Also… our collective response to “just get over it” will forever be: absolutely not 🖕🏻
