What to Expect ✨

Every treatment is customized to your needs, goals, and comfort level.

✨Pain Relief
Helping reduce muscle tension, aches, stiffness, headaches, and everyday discomfort.
🌟 Pinpointing Trigger Points
Finding the source of your pain—not just where you feel it—and addressing the muscles contributing to the problem.
✨Relaxation
A chance to slow down, breathe, and give your body and mind time to recharge.
🌟The “Hurts So Good” Feeling
Some techniques may feel intense while releasing tight muscles, but treatment should always stay within a productive and comfortable range.
✨Japanese Mint Oil
A refreshing addition that can help soothe sore muscles and leave you feeling revitalized.
🌟Hot Towels
Warm towels to help relax muscles, increase comfort, and add a little extra luxury to your treatment.
✨Cupping Therapy
Used when appropriate to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and encourage circulation.
🌟Education
You’ll leave with a better understanding of your body, what’s contributing to your discomfort, and practical tips to help you feel your best between appointments.

OH! And a really good playlist 🎵

❤️ My goal is simple: help you move better, feel better, and leave more relaxed than when you arrive

My sisters son Rory has been unfortunately diagnosed with germ cell cancer.
Rory is a silly, playful, curly haired boy who deserves the world. My sister and her husband, Jillian and James O’Halloran, are also two of the most giving people who are constantly supporting small businesses and island communities.
Please check out the auction or donate if you can. The money will be going towards traveling back and forth to the IWK, food and hotels as well as helping with expenses of living as Jill and James will both be taking time off work to be with Rory♥️

Taylor Girard RMT has donated a 60 minute massage, value of $103.50 and a guarantee to get you in for a massage before I go on maternity leave (which is the real prize 🤪).
