Excitement and anxiety can create similar sensations in the body, such as a racing heart, butterflies in your stomach, and increased energy. The difference often lies in how we perceive those sensations. The same physical feelings can be experienced as fear or excitement, depending on how we interpret them.

✨ I’VE BEEN NOMINATED! ✨
✨🤍 VOTE TODAY 🤍✨
I’m so excited and grateful to share that Empowered Healing Adventures: Heart Studio has been nominated for the 2027 Canadian Choice Award in the Health & Wellness Services category for Sundridge! 💜🌿

Receiving another nomination means so much to me. Every person who has walked through the Heart Studio doors, attended a Reiki-Infused Sound Bath, experienced Reiki, Tuning Fork Therapy, Relaxation Energy Bodywork, Henna, or simply supported and shared my small business has helped it continue to grow. 🥹✨

The next step is community support! Businesses receiving strong community support move closer to becoming Official Nominees, which will be announced after nominations close on October 31, 2026.

I’m incredibly grateful for every appointment, class, conversation, recommendation, share, and person who continues to support what I’m creating. 💜

Thank you for supporting Empowered Healing Adventures and allowing me to continue doing what I truly love.

I’m incredibly passionate about the experiences I offer, the classes I teach, and the beautiful souls who continue to show up. 💜

To those willing to dive deep, release what they’ve been carrying, explore their shadows, or simply allow themselves to be present.

And to the ones silently battling struggles nobody knows about, I see you, and I’m proud of you. 🤍

Healing takes time, courage, patience, and a lifetime of self-love.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healing adventure. ✨

A little update from me 🤍

I see the messages coming into my inbox, and I appreciate each and every one of you reaching out! 🫶🏼

After a very busy and amazing fair season, I’m taking a couple of days away from social media to rest, recharge, and get myself ready as I prepare for school, one-on-one sessions, reiki infused sound bath classes and more . 📚✨

I haven’t forgotten about you, and I’ll be getting back to messages as soon as I can.

Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support Empowered Healing Adventures. 🤍

Huntsville Fall Fair! ✨🍂

An amazing weekend filled with henna, connection, laughter, and so much love! 🤎

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who stopped by, got some henna, shared kind words, asked questions, or simply came over to say hello. Every beautiful design I get to create and every person I meet makes these events even more special. 🌿

Thank you, Huntsville, for all the love and support! I had such a wonderful time sharing the art of henna with you and creating so many beautiful pieces. 🫶🏼

Here’s a little photo dump of some of the beautiful henna from the weekend! 📸🌿
