Speaking on camera and sharing my story publicly is a huge challenge for me. Honestly, I would much rather hide behind a reel filled with beautiful images and let my voice tell the story.

But I’m learning that being seen is part of the journey, too.

In this reel, I’m sharing how I began teaching Reiki, the process of creating my own manuals for each level, and what it has meant to me to bring Reiki not only into my work, but into my life.

My purpose in sharing these videos isn’t simply to teach Reiki. It’s to introduce myself, share my journey, and give you a glimpse into how I live and embrace Reiki and life every day.

What if this place is somewhere where you’ve already been all along without even knowing? We are born knowing home, home has always been within us. Remember that you’re home no matter where you go. No matter how high you climb you won’t find home if you don’t recognize the front door.
