Nia is a Registered Massage Therapist whose practice is beautifully grounded in curiosity and careful clinical reasoning. She doesn't just look at basic anatomy—she looks at you. How do you move through your day? How are you sleeping? What has your body been quietly managing or compensating for over time?

By drawing on pain science and nervous system function, Nia figures out what kind of treatment will actually make a difference. She works with a wide range of presentations, including:

✨ TMJ dysfunction (one of her favorite areas to treat!)

With over 14 years of experience in clinical practice and teaching, Paramjot holds a Master's in Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) and has a wealth of knowledge to share. She has worked as an Associate Professor in India and has 9 research articles published in reputed journals.

Certified in hand therapy, Functional Dry Needling, Pelvic Health, and more, she brings advanced skills in managing everything from sports-related concussions to TMJ disorders.
