Most women think eating less is the answer. So they skip meals, wait as long as possible to eat, and end up with no energy and constant cravings. But that’s exactly why your body isn’t changing. When you don’t eat consistently, your metabolism slows down and your body holds onto fat. That’s why I have my clients eat multiple meals throughout the day — to keep their body fueled, stable, and actually burning. It’s not about starving yourself… it’s about giving your body a system it can follow.
