We’re so excited to be hosting our first sound bath of the fall at the beautiful Wellden Fitness Studio in Surrey! ✨
Wellden Fitness Studio

Join us for a nourishing evening of sound, stillness, and intention setting as we welcome the New Moon and create space for a new season.

The New Moon is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, turn inward, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with the intentions you wish to carry into the next lunar cycle.

Allow yourself to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in an evening of relaxation, reflection, and renewal.

🌙 YOUR EVENING INCLUDES

✨ Gentle guided meditation
🌑 New Moon intention setting
🎶 A full sound bath journey with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments
🌿 Aromatherapy
🔮 Oracle cards for personal reflection

🍫 OPTIONAL HANDMADE CACAO HEART | +$10

Enhance your sound bath experience with a handmade cacao heart crafted with pure cacao.

Cacao has a long history in traditional rituals and is often associated with the heart, warmth, and connection.

Enjoy a mindful moment with your cacao heart as you settle into the experience, connect inward, and set intentions from the heart.

An invitation to slow down, deepen your connection with yourself, and receive the evening with presence. 🤎

Cacao is completely optional.

🌙 WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you rest comfortably while being immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic tools.

The experience is designed to encourage relaxation, ease tension, and support a sense of calm and deep rest.

No experience is necessary. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and receive.

✨ WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE

Every experience is unique, but you may leave feeling:

🌿 Calm and grounded
✨ Mentally refreshed
🌙 Deeply rested
🤍 More connected with yourself

🧘 WHAT TO BRING

• Yoga mat provided
• Blanket and pillow are necessary
