From the sidelines to the summit ⛰️, Alice brings a unique blend of high-level sport experience and a love for movement in all forms. She’s passionate about helping you get back to what matters most, whether that’s sport, adventure, or simply feeling stronger day-to-day.

With a hands-on, exercise-based approach, Alice focuses on the root of the issue, building better movement patterns and long-term habits that stick. She also has a special interest in concussion rehab, guiding patients through both return-to-play and return-to-learn. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her deep in the mountains with her family 🌲
