🚴‍♂️ What a day at the Central City Brewing Junkyard Cross, hosted by SORCE!

With 200+ racers taking on the bike park, it was an awesome display of speed, grit and community spirit. Physiomoves was proud to be there providing first aid and racer support throughout the event. 🩹💪

Truth and Reconciliation Day is an important reminder to pause, listen, learn, and acknowledge the history of residential schools and their lasting impact. It’s a small way of showing that remembering matters, and that reconciliation is something we all have a role in.

From the sidelines to the summit ⛰️, Alice brings a unique blend of high-level sport experience and a love for movement in all forms. She’s passionate about helping you get back to what matters most, whether that’s sport, adventure, or simply feeling stronger day-to-day.

With a hands-on, exercise-based approach, Alice focuses on the root of the issue, building better movement patterns and long-term habits that stick. She also has a special interest in concussion rehab, guiding patients through both return-to-play and return-to-learn. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll likely find her deep in the mountains with her family 🌲
