Neck love! Starting at least in your 50’s, your neck needs a little love ( and bio stimulation). This is a 57 year old woman about a year out from the initial treatment and ready for her yearly maintenance. Due to many factors, including the much thinner skin of the neck, our treatment options are more limited that in the face. This is a treatment that gets better as the years go on ( well, with maintenance as aging also continues!)

This lovely patient had a stretched earlobe piercing which
eventually became a complete split. 🥲
An easy fix to excise the skin at the margin and suture. In 2 months she can repierce and her ears will sparkle
once again! 🥰🥰🥰
The procedure is performed in the clinic under local anesthetic,
the problem can be solved in about 45 minutes and you are back
to work or regular activities thereafter.

Do you have a torn ear lobe or as in this case a stretched piecing hole such that you cannot wear  the types of earrings that you would like?

I can help you with this. Unlike injection of dermal fillers, this is a permanent and stable solution and in large holes, really the only solution.

Done in the clinic under local anesthetic, the problem can be solved and after a couple of months the ear can be repierced and back to sporting sparklies again!

Takes about an hour and you are back to work or regular activities thereafter.

Generally we suggest a series of three treatments although this is her result 6 weeks after just one !! PRF harnesses the power of one’s own growth factors, stem cells, etc. Regenerative medicine is definitely the future of aesthetic medicine!!!

A masseter story ! This lovely young woman was suffering from jaw pain and headache due to jaw clenching. She is now pain free, and over the year and a half that these photos span, achieved a lovely facial slimming as well. We uncovered her beautiful cheeks that were hiding !!!! The only treatment done was neuromodulator, in this case, for shinking the jaw muscle which was very large because of this behavior. No fillers were used.
Not a treatment for everyone, but in the right patient, it can be magic!!

One of my favourite areas to treat is the hand.
Most of us focus on the face and all of a sudden realize that the hands are not keeping up!!! ✋✋✋ Hands can be improved with dermal fillers and in my opinion, the best product for this is a bio stimulant like the one used here which not only gives volume but also improves the skin quality as well.

While I love platelet rich plasma ( although I recently have made the switch to platelet rich fibrin as the slower release of platelet growth factors makes sense to me), sometimes patients plateau in response and it is nice to have another tool in the tool box ….
