🩵🩵🩵I desire health but resist the changes that I need to make to support it. There is a part of me that doesn’t like being told what to do. And there’s another part of me that feels like they need access to the calming affects of sugar or they might die. There is yet another part of me who chastises these two parts for existing. I need to recognize, love and nurture all three in gentle ways that don’t make them feel forgotten. Moving towards acceptance & integration of ALL my parts. 🩵🩵🩵
