Communities across Manitoba continue to face significant challenges following extremely heavy rainfall over past few weeks. Evacuations, rising water levels, road closures, power outages, and emergency responses have created uncertainty and stress for many residents.

Support is available.

The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Across Manitoba encourages anyone affected by this crisis to reach out for support and make use of the resources available throughout the province.

If you need someone to talk to, please call 204-614-8544 to make an appointment to connect with a peer support worker.
